Overnight Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    1 medium purple onion
    1 jar pimentos
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    dash of salt and pepper
    enough mustard to color
Preparation
    Wash vegetables and drain.
    Cut up in small pieces and add pimentos.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Add enough mustard to color.
    Pour mixture over vegies; stir well. Put in covered dish and let set overnight.
    Delicious!
