Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot)
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    24 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix sausage, Cheddar cheese and Bisquick.
    Clean (seed) jalapeno peppers and stuff with a strip of Monterey Jack cheese. Wrap with sausage mix.
    Dip in beaten eggs and roll in Shake 'N Bake (pork) or bread crumbs.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 24 peppers.
