Daddy'S Venison Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb.) venison roast
    salt and pepper
    garlic cloves
    Worcestershire
    1 lb. butter
    orange and lemon slices
Preparation
    Wash meat thoroughly and dry.
    Add salt and pepper to all surfaces.
    Make gashes on all sides and insert a thin slice of garlic in each.
    Douse with Worcestershire.
