Meat And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 can any cream soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Toss potatoes with butter and salt, arrange on bottom and up sides of greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until tender.
    Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef.
    Sprinkle beef and corn over potatoes.
    Combine soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, onions and 1/2 cup cheese; pour over beef.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
