Caramel Icing(This Is A Great Icing For German Chocolate Cake.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cream
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. coconut (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium sized bowl, mix well all ingredients.
    Spread on cake.
    Refrigerate cake until served.
