Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. corn oil
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; set aside.
Mix oil, eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
Can add raisins, nuts or both.
