Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. soured cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs; beat thoroughly.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in soured cream and put half of the batter into well-greased tube pan
    and sprinkle with half of the topping.
    Pour remainder of batter over the first half, then sprinkle rest of topping on cake.
