Fruited Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh blueberries (1/2 pt.)
    1 c. sliced strawberries (1/2 pt.)
    1 nectarine, sliced thin
    1 1/2 c. cranapple juice
    2 (1/4 oz.) pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Coat 8 cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
    Layer fruit in mold.
    Set aside.
    In saucepan, combine juice and gelatin, honey and 1 1/2 cups water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cook juice mixture over low heat for 5 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Carefully pour mixture into mold with fruit. Chill 3 hours or until firm.
    To serve, run small knife around outer edge and dip mold into warm water for 5 seconds.
    Cover with plate; invert.
    Remove mold.
