Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. half and half
4 Tbsp. cornstarch (2 slightly rounded)
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. Swiss cocoa *
3 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. butter *
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
cooked pie shell

I have found this Swiss cocoa from the bulk bins
at Waremart.
We think it is wonderful!
But if you don't
have it, substitute 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate and add
it
after
you have slightly cooked the pudding mixture. Delete 2 tablespoons of butter at the end if you use squares.
