Ingredients

4 to 6 hard-boiled eggs
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
dash of white pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
leaf lettuce
Preparation

Hard boil, crack and peel eggs.
Cut in halves, lengthwise. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, onion salt, red pepper and white pepper.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Let stand for about 20 minutes.
