Me Ma'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook flour, sugar, egg yolks and water in top of double boiler until thick.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Top with meringue and brown.
