Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened.
Stir constantly.
Add vanilla.
Pour into baking dish.
