Braised Duck With Black Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 lb.) ducks, quartered
    2 1/2 c. canned black cherries
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. dry Marsala wine
    1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. salt
    black pepper (freshly ground)
Preparation
    Brown the duck quarters in butter.
    Place the duck in a shallow pan and roast in a slow (325\u00b0) oven for 1 hour.
