Sweet Potato Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, eggs, margarine, salt, sugar, milk and vanilla together.
Melt margarine; mix with brown sugar, flour and nuts.
Mix until crumbled.
Pour potato mixture into oblong dish. Top with crumb mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
