Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    5 whole eggs
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour until soft and smooth.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, then add milk, orange and lemon peel and vanilla.
