Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 medium head cabbage
    1 medium onion
    6 or 7 sticks celery
    4 eggs
    6 or 8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    a little celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Cut up celery and onion into small pieces; saute in butter or oleo.
    Slice up cabbage, removing the heart; boil for about 10 minutes.
    Beat eggs with fork, then add bread crumbs, milk, seasonings, celery and onion.
    Mix well all together; put into buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top; dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
