Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced peaches
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shells (see Plain Pastry recipe on page 47 and double this recipe)
Preparation
    Combine sugar with cornstarch and tapioca.
    Add fruit and mix. Fill pastry lined pie pan with fruit.
    Dot with margarine.
    Cover with top crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
