Artichoke A La Polita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can artichokes
2 medium carrots
3 small potatoes, halved
10 small new onions
4 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
some dill to taste
Preparation

Peel the potatoes, carrots and onions.
Halve the potatoes and quarter the carrots.
Put them to boil with enough water to barely cover them.
Add the oil and seasonings.
Cook until tender; add the artichokes with some of the liquid.
The artichokes can also be halved.
Cook until heated and some of the water has been reduced. Thicken by adding the flour, diluted with a little cold water and add to the boiling pot; it should be a little sour.
You can add more liquid from the artichokes or add a little lemon juice.
