Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. oregano
    3 dashes garlic salt or 2 garlic cloves
    salt and pepper
    1 1/3 c. water
Preparation
    This can be made in oven.
    I use a crock-pot.
    Cook all ingredients until done.
    Remove meat and slice very thin.
    Strain the broth and pour back into the beef.
