Never Fail Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coconut, shredded
    1 c. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 or 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
    When browned nicely, taken out of oven.
    Let cool.
    Take 2/3 of this and put in 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
    Mix pudding with milk until thick. Pur over coconut mixture.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Add reserved mixture on top.
    Refrigerate.
