Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans hominy
    1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 small cans chopped chili peppers
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Drain hominy.
    Layer hominy, chili peppers, whipping cream, sour cream and cheese, ending with cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    If too soupy, leave in oven for 10 to 15 minutes more.
