New England Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms with liquid
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. grated bread crumbs
Preparation

Set aside 10 whole shrimp.
Cut remaining shrimp in half and set aside.
Melt butter in medium size saucepan and saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Add soup, milk and mushrooms with liquid; simmer 10 minutes.
Fold in rice.
Set aside 1 1/2 cups of mixture.
