E-Z Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14.5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. American cheese
4 to 5 bell peppers, insides removed
Preparation

Boil peppers in hot water for 5 minutes and remove.
Brown beef in large frying pan.
Add onion, water, rice and stewed tomatoes.
Cook on low for 35 minutes.
Add cheese and melt in hamburg mixture.
Remove from heat; fill bell peppers with mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
