Snickers Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 lb. caramels
1 Tbsp. half and half
Preparation

Lightly butter a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Mix butter, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 or 3 quart saucepan over medium heat. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly, as mixture will scorch easily. Continue boiling for five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add vanilla and peanuts and mix well. Pour half of candy into prepared pan and spread evenly. Unwrap caramels and melt over low heat with half and half. Pour caramel evenly over candy in pan and then spread remaining candy over top. Cool at room temperature before cutting into squares.
