Puff Pastry Brie - cooking recipe

1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 Brie wheel (whole baby Brie)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Thaw pastry for 20 minutes.
Unfold and roll on lightly floured surface to a 14-inch square.
Trim to a 14-inch circle. Sprinkle bottom of pastry with 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar. Place unwrapped Brie on top; sprinkle remaining sugar on Brie. Fold pastry over Brie to enclose cheese.
Brush with egg and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Cool on wire rack at least 30 minutes before serving.
If too hot, Brie will be runny.
