Special Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bite-size lettuce
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. halved cucumber slices
    1 c. ham, cut in strips
    2 c. bite size spinach
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 small onion, sliced
    Oil and Vinegar Dressing (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients (except dressing) in a bowl.
    Prepare dressing.
    Pour over salad ingredients.
    Toss gently.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
