Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tiny green peas
1 c. diced sharp cheese (very small cubes)
1/2 c. diced celery
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Toss all ingredients except the peas and add mayonnaise; mix well.
Add peas and toss gently.
Refrigerate before serving.
