Sunflower Seed Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. liquid honey
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine all dry ingredients together.
    Add peanut butter, honey and oil and mix well.
    Spread into pan and pat down well.
    Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
    Store in an airtight container.
