Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in 4 to 5 tablespoons butter.
    Cook rice for 15 minutes; cool.
    Mix onion and rice together and add Cheez Whiz, mushroom soup and milk.
    Add cooked broccoli (cook broccoli for 5 minutes).
    Stir until blended.
    Put in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top each corner with dabs of butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
