Sweet Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. instant minced onions
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    Sweet Sour Sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients, 1/3 cup of water and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, cut up.
    Shape into small balls.
    Bring sauce to boil; add meatballs and remaining pineapple chunks.
    Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve hot in chafing dish. Makes 40 to 50 balls.
