Chicken Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    28 oz. Del Monte Chunky Tomatoes, Pasta Style
    1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 can (4 oz.) Sliced mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
    12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    Choose one or none: l lb. cooked seasoned ground meat or 1 lb. cooked seasoned chicken pieces, cubed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute onion, green pepper in oleo.
    Add tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
    Add meat or chicken, if desired. Simmer uncovered for a few minutes.
    Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
