Mexican Stuffed Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box large seashell pasta
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    2 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare pasta according to package directions.
    Brown ground beef and chopped onion; drain.
    Add sour cream, taco seasoning and diced Ro-Tel to meat mixture.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stuff meat mixture into prepared pasta and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, reserving 1 cup of meat mixture to pour over stuffed pasta. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is bubbly.
