Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut, flaked
    1 c. pecans
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3 large eggs
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    3 1/2 c. powdered sugar (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2 pan; line bottom with wax paper and spray with Pam.
    Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bottom of pan.
    Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil and beat according to box directions. Pour batter over coconut/pecans.
    In saucepan, combine cream cheese and butter.
    Melt over low heat.
    May use mixer to thoroughly combine.
    Add powdered sugar.
    Pour over batter, being careful not to pour too close to the sides of the pan.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Cool 10 minutes and invert into a serving platter.
