Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. diced, fully cooked ham
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    4 c. cooked rice, chilled
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
    Add beaten eggs and cook without stirring until set.
    Invert skillet over a baking sheet to remove cooked edges.
    Cut into short, narrow strips.
