Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 small zucchini, sliced
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
2 oz. drained pimento
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
Combine other ingredients in jar; shake.
Pour over vegetables; toss gently. Cover and chill 24 hours.
