Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick margarine or butter, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 (8 oz.) carton egg substitute
    1/4 c. fat-free milk
    3 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine apples, 1/4 cup orange juice and cinnamon; set aside.
    Beat margarine at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add 1 cup sugar.
    Beat until creamy (5 minutes).
    Add egg substitute.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Combine 1/4 cup orange juice and milk.
    Add in flour, baking powder and salt to margarine mixture with milk mixture.
    Begin and end with flour.
    Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into 10-inch tube pan coated with cooking spray.
    Top with apple mixture.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on wire rack.
