Cottage Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. chopped chives
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Combine potatoes and next 5 ingredients.
    Spoon into a 9-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    About 90 calories per serving.
