Molded Cranberry-Red Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries (4 cups)
    1 large seedless orange, washed, cut in chunks, not peeled
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. plus 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry flavored gelatin
    celery leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Chop or grind cranberries and orange in blender.
    Mix in sugar and nuts.
    In saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil.
    Stir in gelatin, remove from heat and continue stirring until dissolved. Stir in remaining 1 1/2 cups water and then add to cranberry mixture; mix well.
    Rinse a 6-cup mold and fill with mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Decorate with celery leaves.
    Serve over lettuce.
