Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. ham, cubed or 24 meatballs (if desired)
    2 loaves frozen bread dough, defrosted
Preparation
    Mix all cheeses, parsley and ham, if desired, together. Separate defrosted bread dough into 8 pieces and roll out into a circle about 8 inches across.
    Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cheese mixture on one side of dough circle.
    Fold other half over to make a semi-circle.
    Pinch edges to seal.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dough is golden brown.
