Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 qt. plus 1 pt. ground pecans
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients.
    Use tube pan and grease with a small portion of shortening. Sprinkle flour over the shortening. Cook 2 hours in heated oven.
    Don't open oven.
    Take out and cover it with a towel before turning out.
