Spinach-Mushroom Quiche(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pinch nutmeg
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese cheese
1 1/4 c. spinach
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Beat eggs with cream in medium mixing bowl.
Stir in pepper, salt, nutmeg and Swiss cheese.
