Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
squeeze of lemon juice and Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. cream
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Crumble cheese; add remaining ingredients with mixer or blender.
Makes 1 quart.
