Violet'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick piece sirloin or round steak
    onions, cut up fine
    green pepper, cut up fine
    1 can tomatoes, cut up fine
    1 can tomato sauce
    celery, cut up fine
    garlic powder
    sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Sear steak in very hot skillet to seal the juices.
    Brown onion with it, if wanted.
    Put in roaster.
    Add onions, green pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce and celery.
    Sprinkle garlic powder over all.
    Add a sprinkle of Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Bouquet.
    Cook in oven for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
