Lite Chocolate-Amaretto Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Snackwell chocolate cookies, crushed
1 1/2 c. fat-free cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels

Preparation

Sprinkle cookie crumbs in bottom of 7-inch spring-form pan.
