Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fruit
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cream margarine and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add flour, baking powder and milk.
    Mix.
    Spread in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Pour fruit, 1 cup sugar and water (in that order) over batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
