Summer Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tart red apples, cored and diced
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. grape halves
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large salad bowl, combine apples, pineapple, celery, grapes, carrot and almonds.
    In a small bowl combine sour cream, sugar and lemon juice; mix well.
    Add apple mixture and toss to coat.
    Chill.
