Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add flour, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into a greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Chews are done when the middle rises and falls back down.
    Cool before cutting.
