Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, blanched and drained
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (5 oz.) box Creamette Juniorette spiral macaroni
    1 can Spam or 1 c. cut minced ham
    1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Drain kidney beans and pour white vinegar over.
    Let stand 1 hour, drain again.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix together and top with dressing.
