Italian Style Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut up chicken
    8 oz. dry red table wine
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. rosemary leaves, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 stick margarine
    8 oz. can tomatoes, strained
Preparation
    Mix together salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic.
    Set aside. Melt shortening and margarine in pan.
    Add wine to strained tomatoes in a bowl.
    Marinate the chicken in bowl with dry seasonings and melted shortening and margarine.
    Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
    When baking lay the chicken in roasting pan with skins up and baste with tomato, wine sauce.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until skin is brown.
    Serves 6.
