Silverado Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 taco shells, coarsely broken
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 large tomato
    6 slices green olives
    Ortega taco sauce
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Place 1/2 taco shells in lightly greased baking dish.
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add seasoning mix and water.
    Simmer.
    Add onion and tomato sauce.
    Spoon meat mixture over 1/2 shells.
    Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Sprinkle remaining shells and rest of cheese. Top with tomato wedges and green olive slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serve with taco sauce.
